or is it because you know i dont want to stay together after this summer when im off at college trying to start over.. youre trying to trap me? make it harder for me to let you go? you say you understand but i know you dont want to give me away. 

but i do love you. even if you dont truely love me back. i have for awhile. and thats why i think its smarter to end before college. we will both need to find ourselves. if we somehow end up back together years later then thats what was meant to happen. if we dont. you will always be my first love. the first person i felt anything like this for. and that means alot because its difficult for me to have feeling in the first place.

but for now. i just wanna enjoy this summer. with you and with my friends.
